Returns and complaints

 

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you received the goods. The cost of return shipping is entirely borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
  2. The product must not be used or unpacked. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns if the protective film has been removed from the packaging(this is based on Article 38 point 5 of the Consumer Rights Act, which excludes the right of return for products packaged in a way that prevents their reuse after opening). 
    We ensure that every customer receives a new and fully safe product. Therefore, we ask you to carefully consider your purchasing decision before opening the packaging. Thank you for your understanding!
  3. To the returned goods, please attach a completed and signed return (or complaint) form.
  4. Refund for the goods will be made within 14 days of receiving the shipment exclusively to the bank account.

How to make a return? 

  1. Inform us via email about your intention to return to the address: info@beskinn.eu
  2. Pack the shipment  in a regular-shaped box, seal the shipment with tape. Do not use stretch film. Remember to secure the returned goods against damage by including appropriate padding. 
  3. Include a printed and completed form from the table below in the package.
  4. Send the return in a way that is convenient for you to the address in the table below.
  5. Expect a refund or product exchange within 14 days of us receiving the package.
