Delivery and payment methods
Delivery cost
We offer free delivery for orders over PLN 200.
For other orders, the delivery cost will be automatically calculated in the cart.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days.
In rare cases, the delivery time may be extended—e.g., during periods of increased product demand, holidays, or public holidays.
We ship orders Monday to Friday – shipments are not dispatched on weekends.
Order fulfillment
Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Once the package is shipped, we will send you a message with the tracking number.
The logistics company is selected individually based on the delivery address and is displayed in the cart.
If the courier does not find you at home, a second delivery attempt will be made, or the shipment will be transferred for personal pickup.
