Returns and complaints

 

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you received the goods. The cost of return shipping is borne entirely by the customer and is non-refundable.
  2. The product must not be used or unpacked. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns if the protective film or security seal has been removed from the packaging. (This is based on Article 38 point 5 of the Consumer Rights Act, which excludes the right of return for products packaged in a way that prevents their reuse after opening). 
    We ensure that each customer receives a new and fully safe product. Therefore, please carefully consider your purchase decision before opening the packaging. Thank you for your understanding!
  3. A completed and signed return form (or complaint form) must be attached to the returned goods.
  4. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, exclusively to a bank account.

How to make a return? 

  1. Inform us by email of your wish to return the item to: info@beskinn.eu
  2. Pack the shipment in a regularly shaped cardboard box and seal it with tape. Do not use stretch film. Remember to secure the returned goods against damage by adding appropriate filling. 
  3. Attach the printed and completed form from the table below to the package.
  4. Send the return in a way convenient for you to the address in the table below.
  5. Await a refund or product exchange within 14 days of the package being delivered to us.
