Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been accepted for processing. Orders placed by 12:00 PM are shipped on the same day. After the order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with your package number. You should expect delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

The logistics company is displayed in the cart individually based on the delivery address. If the courier does not find you at home, the shipment will be notified, and you will need to pick it up in person.

All orders are shipped free of charge. 

We fulfill orders with courier delivery and "cash on delivery" payment on the day of delivery or with online card payment. If you wish to pay for your order by bank transfer, please write to us: info@beskinn.eu

Unfortunately, personal pickup is not possible. We operate exclusively as an online store with mail-order sales.
Yes, you can receive a VAT invoice for products purchased in our store. To do this, please provide your invoice details in the "additional information" field during the order placement or write to us:  info@beskinn.eu
You can change a placed order provided that the goods have not yet been shipped from our store. Just write to us:  info@beskinn.eu
You can cancel your order only until it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible -  info@beskinn.eu
Anyone who has made purchases in our Store has the right to return goods in accordance with applicable legal provisions. You must follow the terms of our store's regulations and the guidelines described in the "returns and complaints" tab.
In such a case, you should check whether the correct email address was provided during registration or whether notifications were accidentally marked as spam. Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted for processing. After the order is shipped, you will receive an SMS with your package number.
If you have not yet received an SMS with a tracking link, it means that the order is being prepared for shipment. Please be patient, we are doing our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
We work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
